PicoreMax is a picosecond Nd:YAG laser that shatters pigment and tattoo ink into micrometer-fine particles with a photoacoustic shock — at large spot sizes, shot after shot.

The patented Triple Axel Energy Jump amplifies the pulse three times in sequence, so the beam leaves the system with enough energy to drive large-spot and fractional treatments.
Five magnetic applicators snap onto the Recurve handpiece. Each one places energy at a different layer of skin.
Also included: Zoom handpiece (2–10 mm spot) and 7 mm collimated handpiece.
Recurve 1064 stacks a diffractive optical element (DOE) and a micro-lens array (MLA) into one Dual Lens Array. The result is a dense, even field of fractional beams — which is why it needs 800–1,000 mJ or more to drive it.

Skin is held up by ligaments anchored to bone. Recurve targets the ligaments of the cheeks, chin, jaw and forehead edge with stacked shots from a single position — the handpiece doesn't move.
Ink sits at different depths. Treating both layers in the same visit makes removal up to twice as fast.
PicoreMax connects over Wi-Fi to Bluecore's Central Monitoring System, so issues are caught before they cost you a treatment day.
